Konsumi i kakaos ishte i lidhur me p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsime t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb kolesterolin total dhe LDL (\u201ct\u00eb keqin\u201d), presionin sistolik dhe diastolik t\u00eb gjakut, dhe glukoz\u00ebn e agj\u00ebrimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rezultatet Kryesore<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studimi analizoi 31 prova t\u00eb kontrolluara dhe t\u00eb rast\u00ebsishme, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nj\u00eb total prej 1,986 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs. Grupi i nd\u00ebrhyrjes p\u00ebrfshiu 1,110 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs q\u00eb konsumuan ose ekstrakt kakao ose \u00e7okollat\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb me p\u00ebrmbajtje 70% ose m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb kakaoje p\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn kat\u00ebr jav\u00eb. Grupi i kontrollit p\u00ebrfshiu 876 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs q\u00eb konsumuan nj\u00eb placebo ose \u00e7okollat\u00eb t\u00eb bardh\u00eb ose me qum\u00ebsht me p\u00ebrmbajtje m\u00eb pak se 70% kakaoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detajet e Studimeve<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit q\u00eb u kualifikuan p\u00ebr studimet ishin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb 18 vje\u00e7 ose m\u00eb t\u00eb rritur. Dieta luan nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb fort\u00eb n\u00eb CVD. Kakao \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb burim i mir\u00eb i katekinave dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjeve t\u00eb tjera polifenolike si flavanolet q\u00eb kan\u00eb veti antioksiduese dhe anti-inflamatore, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin sh\u00ebndetin kardiovaskular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konkluzionet e Studimit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edhe nj\u00eb ulje prej 2.52 mmHg n\u00eb presionin sistolik t\u00eb gjakut dhe 1.58 mmHg n\u00eb presionin diastolik \u00ebsht\u00eb pozitive.
